Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

Casa Chelimen is a true gem of a property, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty where coves and rock pools abound. An area of pure escapism and yet still only a leisurely stroll away from the hustle and bustle of Jávea’s Arenal, Cala Blanca is one of the most sought after holiday locations in Jávea due to it’s variety of coves, rock pools and some of the best coastline for snorkelling in the region. The house is laid out over one floor, with high ceilings and double aspect windows the space feels light and airy while the beautifully decorated interior gives a beachy vibe throughout. An elevated front terrace leads off of the large enclosed Naya, both offering fabulous views of the sea and coastline as far as the cliffs of Cap Prim. Within the naya an open plan lounge/diner with music system make this the very best of entertainment areas, with folding glass doors that open out onto the terrace, giving the whole front of the house a feeling of pure ‘al fresco’. The main lounge is beautifully decorated and light and airy, with a large modern seating area, TV and corner traditional log burner. Both double bedrooms are light and spacious with high ceilings and built-in wardrobes. A single bedroom offers it’s guest an additional French style daybed, complete with scatter cushions and beachy touches. The bathroom and kitchen are equally modern. Leading off of the kitchen towards the back of the property is an outdoor shower and built-in BBQ area. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
