Enjoy one of the most exclusive residential areas of Malaga, surrounded by elegant stately homes, very close to the city centre and the beach. Bus stop 30 metres away and all basic services 5 minutes walk away. The Limonar area offers the perfect combination of proximity to the centre and the beach, without giving up tranquillity and relaxation and without traffic restrictions (no LEZ). Its location and flat terrain (no hills) make it ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle, strolling and enjoying the unique architecture of the area or going to the seafront promenade. How to get around the area: Bus stop line 32 to the centre of Malaga 30 metres away (10 minutes to the historic centre of Malaga). All basic services (supermarket, fruit shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, ice cream shop, restaurants, cafes...) 5 minutes walk away. Ideal for getting around by bike to the beach and the historic centre (no hills). Easy to park and get around by car throughout the area and access to the motorway 3 minutes away.
I am from Malaga and I have been living and enjoying this house in the heart of Limonar for 35 years. I can assure you that this is a small residential paradise with a privileged location. This quiet and residential neighbourhood offers the perfect combination of proximity to all services and the tranquillity of a natural environment. In addition, Malaga is an exceptional and very well connected city, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the charms of Andalusia. I invite you to discover for yourself the magic of this place!
