Company information

Casafuera Facilities has been established in 2015. Now we manage around 25 houses around Pals, Begur and Tamariu. We will be there to show you the house and solve any problem during your stay. My wife Ellen de Rook studied facility management in Holland and is now responsable for property cleaning and maintenance. Jan de Rook is director of Casafuera and is also the direct contact for the guests. Our son Lars de Rook is responsable for the photos and videos of our houses. The videos can be watched on Casafuera website.

Property information

Casa de la Luz is a beautiful and modern house, furnished with as many natural materials and earthy colors as possible. The use of wood elements is a wink to the Ibiza style. It is a family home where we come together with our family regularly. The name of the house Casa de la Luz means House of Light. We chose this because of the beautiful view and the light that falls beautifully into the house and its surroundings. It connects us with the light in ourselves. It is a very comfortable house because of the climat control. This ensures a pleasant, constant temperature. In addition, the house has a fast and unlimited Wi-Fi connection. The house is secured by an electrically operated gate. This makes the house separated from the road and there is also a camera security. It is an ideal house to relax, to be together or do some work. Enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the Ille Medes islands of Estartit.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in the commune of Begur, near the border of the picturesque Platja de Pals, on the beautiful, exclusive urbanization Sa Punta. The area is quiet, but is still very lively. Experience the atmosphere of the most beautiful part of Costa Brava. The World Health Organization has designated this piece of Costa Brava as a top location. You can enjoy the normal Spanish life in combination with the luxury that you expect from a holiday. The first truly Spanish restaurants, located on the beach, are within 400 meters walking distance. You can also enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning with the beautiful view of the bay. In addition, various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance.
