The house is located in Vega de Espinareda, a small town in the Reserve of the Biosphere of Los Ancares. Located in a strategic place, since at less than ten meters there is the main square, the Roman bridge and with excellent views from the terrace to the fluvial beach. Accommodation The house has 200 square meters distributed in four rooms, common areas, a balcony and a large terrace with beautiful views of the fluvial beach. All bedrooms have large closets (with hangers, extra blankets and pillows). Two of them have a double bed and another two with two single beds. All of them are very spacious and bright. The house has two full bathrooms, with large shower trays. The house has a large living room. With sofa and comfortable armchairs and a large table for lunch and dinner with family and friends. On the other hand, there is the kitchen, very spacious and equipped with all the necessary tools. It has dishwasher, oven, modern refrigerator, ceramic hob and microwave. The kitchen gives access to a small terrace overlooking the town square.

It is a quiet village with a population of about 2.200 people. During summer, it gets more crowded due to the fluvial beach. It is one of the best places to be and it attracts people from the villages around it. The temperature in summer is very nice and during winter it could get to temperatures below zero. However, the house is mild during summer and warm during winter thanks to the heating system.
