THE VILLAGE AND PROPERTY La Carroja is one of the 8 small villages in the Gallinera Valley, a privileged area perfect for both active rural tourism and relaxation. It is surrounded by olive groves and orange, almond and cherry trees, flowering at different times of the year with outstanding natural beauty. Casa Nicole is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable to enjoy all year round. It is well heated in winter and has air conditioning for summer. Relax and enjoy the swimming pool in the garden and valley views from the rooftop solarium terrace. Outdoor cooking and dining can de enjoyed using the barbecue and paella-making facilities available.

We have recently completed an extensive restoration of the house and garden area. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -Fast WIFI fibre internet service in the interior of the house and the patio-terrace areas. - Parking is very easy in one of the two village plazas by the side of the house. -Weber portable barbecue and gas paella cooking system for the guests to use in the garden area. -Enjoy the local cuisine and tapas in the many bars and restaurants minutes away in nearby villages. -Bakery and two general stores reached in only 5 minutes. -Services, shops and large supermarkets closeby in the town of Pego. -Local golf courses at Olivanova, Oliva and La Sella, Denia. -Spa at the 'Olivanova Resort'. -Do the wine tasting tour at Xaló (Jalón) and visit the famous village of Guadelest. -Family dogs are accepted with prior approval on acceptance of house rules at an additional charge of 25 Euros per stay (maximum 2 pets). -The private swimming pool is open from the 01/May to the 30/Octubre. -The large municipal swimming pool (and infant pool) is open daily during the summer months (end of June to the start of September) from 11:00-20:00 hours and is around 200m from Casa Nicole. It has a bar and a lifeguard pool attendant.
