There is a dedicated workspace with desk and chair close to the router, so you can work with a stable connection. There is space to play indoors, while parents can relax on the terrace or enjoy the lively streets of Vejer just outside. The terrace is an intimate spot for sunset drinks, and the central location means you can step straight into Vejer’s streets for dinner, wine bars and evening strolls. Good to know: The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs and may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. Because of its central location on one of Vejer’s main streets, you may occasionally hear people returning from dinner or drinks late at night. This is part of the authentic atmosphere of staying in the old town.

About the host: We are Michael and Inge from the Netherlands and we bought Casa del Encanto because we fell in love with Vejer de la Frontera during our stays. The peaceful rhythm, the whitewashed streets, the sweeping views and the warmth of the town all made us feel instantly at home. We wanted to create a place where guests can experience the same feeling. Casa del Encanto has been designed with care and attention, blending Andalusian charm with the comforts that make a holiday effortless. You can visit the medieval city walls, the fifteenth century church of Nuestra Señora de la Oliva and the ancient castle. Throughout the year there are colourful festivals such as Semana Santa and the traditional Toro Embolado. Museums, art galleries and local music events bring even more variety to your stay. Beaches and nature: Within fifteen minutes you will reach the wide beaches of El Palmar, ideal for families, surfers and long walks by the ocean. Scenic hiking and cycling routes through the rolling hills and countryside also begin right outside the town. There are several top golf courses within a half hour drive, and horse riding and bird watching are also popular activities in the area. Vejer is surrounded by unspoiled nature, offering a perfect balance between culture and outdoor adventure.
