This house is very spacious, 5 bedrooms, three of them with their own bathroom, has a great terrace for sunbathing, is located in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
I am available to inform of any management that is necessary in the city.
All services nearby, ambulatory, supermarkets 100 meters, tram, bus, taxi rank, etc. Also the beach of the Teresitas is 10 minutes by car. The Adan Martin Auditorium and restaurant services are nearby. North Airport 7 km. Department stores, (Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Media Mark) within walking distance of 10 minutes. The port of Santa Cruz, 5 minutes, ideal place for walks, cycle path, trot, etc. The place where the house is located is very peaceful, without traffic of cars. And very quiet street, great for sleeping at night.
