You are so welcome to my little paradise
Set within a beautiful location in the heart of a golfer's paradise in Villa Martin, this newly built semi-detached house is tastefully furnished to a high standard. It consists of a master bedroom with ensuite and shower, second bedroom with separate bathroom and bath, and a fully modern kitchen integrated with the dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped for those who wish to eat in, although with the many bars and restaurants in the area there is plenty of choice for eating out. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and drying area. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The house is fully equipped with air-conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The living area opens up onto a cosy patio area which provides shade from the mid-day sun, The property has its own walled garden, with a tiled area equipped with dining table, chairs and sun loungers so that you may sunbathe, relax and dine outdoors, ideal for barbeque entertaining and sunbathing. It is part of a secure gated urbanization located in a quite area. There is close access to two gardened swimming pools which are kept immaculate throughout the year.
