Charming and bright first floor apartment, with a great ocean view, recently renovated, ideal for couples or small families, equipped with all comforts. Very well located, within walking distance of all services. The complex leads through a private gate to the pedestrian and cycle path "Avenida Bastian", which leads to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island (Palya Ancla, Playa Bastian, Playa el Jablillo, Playa Las Cucharas). At your disposal there is a kitchen with microwave and fridge, a small living room with sofa bed, wi-fi, Smart TV and a bathroom with shower. There are also a washing machine, an iron, bed sheets, towels and dishes. The complex offers a solarium area with swimming pool (also for children), deck chairs and umbrellas and a poolside bar. Near the house you will find bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket and children's parks. The Pueblo Marinero is just 1.5 km away, just 20 minutes on foot or few minutes by bicycle. I personally take care of checking all cleaning and disinfection operations, in compliance with the guidelines, to ensure maximum safety for my guests. The products used contain at least 70% alcohol and the apartment is ventilated during the cleaning procedures, using only new cloths. Your stay will be safe with us.
Costa Teguise, located in the eastern part of Lanzarote, is a first class tourist destination. Famous for its fine golden sand beaches, little crowded as Playa Bastian or more popular as Las Cucharas and Playa Jablillo. Snorkeling and windsurfing are the most practiced sports. The Pueblo Marinero offers a wide variety of bars, clubs and restaurants throughout the day. Fun for everyone in the Acquapark, where for the little ones, there is an area with small slides and an inflatable castle. The Golf Club (18 holes) offers the opportunity to play at the foot of the volcano, surrounded by exotic palm trees, overlooking the ocean. Do not miss the aquarium park, with an underwater observation tunnel with sharks. Well located also to explore the tourist attractions in the north of the island, such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Cactus Garden, designed by the artist César Manrique. One of the best ways to explore Costa Teguise is to take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to the Las Maretas Palace, originally built for King Hussein of Jordan and now used by worthy visitors such as the King of Spain.
