Spacious apartments in a completely renovated historical building 30 meters from the Guadiana River and at the foot of the Villa, the most typical and oldest neighborhood of Ayamonte. A pleasant 5-minute walk along the new river boulevard takes you to the heart of the city, where you will find the best restaurants and bars, the beautiful Plaza de la Laguna and the lively atmosphere of the streets of the pedestrian center. 10 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches of Isla Canela and Punta Del Moral, which can also be reached by bike path directly from the house. Across the nearby international bridge, the Portuguese Algarve is a 10-minute drive away.
