Guest house in a rural and quiet area, in the center of the island, at the foot of the Caldera de Taburiente National Park. Good starting point for visiting the whole island
The house is located in a rural and quiet area, 800 meters above sea level. Starting on foot from the house it is possible to reach several well-marked hiking routes (Cumbrecita, Pico Bejenado, Llanos del Jable, Volcan San Juan, GR131, Pico Birigoio, Pico Nambroque, Deseadas, ..). Just a 10-minute walk away is the Information Center of the Caldera de Taburiente National Park. Gas station, supermarkets and town center just 5 minutes by car. West coast beaches 15 minutes by car (Puerto Tazacorte) and 20 minutes by car (Puerto Naos, Charco Verde). To better visit the island it is useful to rent a car upon arrival. Alternatively, you can use the public bus service that connects the main points of interest on the island. Bus stop less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
