The apartment of 37 m2 is located on the groundfloor. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room, which are connected. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, pots, pans, crockery and a washing machine. There is also a dining table that can serve as a desk. The living room area has a sofa and a flat screen TV. We have AC and heating. Please note that we don't have fast wifi at the moment. Attention: Since all the windows are facing the inner patio, this studio is very quiet, however it does not get much daylight. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. Note: We manage this entire building and have multiple apartments available! Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - Picasso Museum is just in front of the apartment. - 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - 2 minute on foot from Plaza de la Merced. - 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba castle. - 12 minutes one foot from La Malagueta beach. A great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga offers a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
