Chalet Parque Tecnológico Málaga in rentalsspain/es, modern semi detached house is 200 mts2 we offer it complete, modern interior design with rustic touch and splashed with precious details, private and free parking, unlimited hot water, enjoys easy access, located 15 min. with car. From the historic center of Malaga, beaches of the Costa del Sol and airport, with direct access to the PTA - Technology Park, it is very sunny, comfortable, ideal for resting as a couple or with family, with wifi and all the amenities you need. No extra charge for cleaning and disinfection. Good opportunity quality price! We speak Spanish - we speak english

If you want a spacious, comfortable, quiet, easy access and access in a place that does not have the burdens and noises of the agglomerations ... This is your home! The house is in a neighborhood that borders the Technological Park of Andalusia and the north extend the Montes de Málaga. Right next to the house you have a beautiful park for children and adults, and very close pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, gas station, and the best coffee shops and restaurants at very low prices, their incredible accesses make it special and comfortable. It is close to Cártama, Teatinos, Malaga and its fair, with quick connection to the A7 motorway where you can discover: Nerja, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Estepona, Algeciras and Gibraltar.
