This property has 2 units in 1. The main house is a 3 bedroom house with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. Attached to the side of the house is a casita which is its own apartment with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, 1 bathroom and its own kitchenette. Ideal for large families or groups where you want to give (2-4 people) a little extra privacy but still have them on the same property and able to use the same yard and enjoy outdoor dining. It has its own enclosed yard and parking spot. Main house: There's 4 ACs in the house. One in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. The on site parking (1 car) is a great benefit as parking anywhere in Malaga is challenging. Though in this neighborhood everything's walkable. The whole house is surrounded by a wall with greeneries on top for a secure and private outdoor experience. Casita: Attached to the side of the house is the casita with its own entrance. Though still within the wall that is around the whole property. The apartment was completely refurbished within the past year and includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a high end sofa bed in the living room which is 160 cm wide and 22cm thick which means it's very comfortable for 2 adults, so the apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. There's also an interior patio with a washing machine.

The property is located in sunny and peaceful Pedregalejo, a beach community in Malaga known for one of the top neighborhoods among Malaguenos. It is located 8 minutes walking distance to the beach, and you can easily take a bus to the center of Malaga. There are restaurants, cafes, parks and grocery stores within a couple of blocks, so there are many amenities available a short walk away.
