Sole use of self-contained fully air-conditioned villa. Modern, detached villa nestled in the hills above Oliva with the most fabulous views across the valley to the sea. It is in a peaceful location and is fully equipped for a family of up to four. There are beaches close-by in Oliva, Gandia and Denia as well as a golf course. It is just 8-10 minutes to Oliva and then 5 minutes to its beautiful beaches. The villa is situated conveniently between Alicante and Valencia airports on the Costa Blanca Coast.
Carol-Anne and I are very proud of our villa on the hillside above Oliva. We think it is very important that every person who stays has the best experience we can provide. As such, we re-invest a large amount of the income back into the villa each year. We also have a small team of local helpers who keep the villa spotlessly clean, and the outside and gardens presented at their best. Our friend, Jayne, lives nearby. She looks after the property and is available if needed.
Our villa is located in La Font, d’en Carrós, Comunidad Valencia, Spain, on the edge of Oliva. It comes under the Valencia and Costa Del Azahar region which is on the border of the Costa Blanca North with easy access to two major airports (Valencia and Alicante). The villa is set on a quiet urbanisation. The local town has all amenities such as bars, restaurants, sports facilities, local swimming pool, supermarkets, churches, banks, hairdressers, butchers, bakers and patisserie. Just 10 minutes away are the STUNNING BLUE FLAG BEACHES of Oliva, Bellreguard, Miramar and Gandia so you have a wide choice of fabulous beaches and towns to go to. There is plenty of parking and good public transport from Denia and Gardia.
