Brand new apartment (2023) with a first-line location on the lovely Los Locos beach, 200 meters north of Torrevieja centre. The home is on the 4th floor, has veranda (18m2) with unique sea view. All rooms have a sea view and air conditioning and the bedrooms face the pedestrian street. Access to the apartment from the pedestrian street, via lift or stairs. Access to shared roof terrace with sunset and lovely view. *Kitchen/living room: Open kitchen and living room with panoramic window to the Mediterranean and access to the veranda. The kitchen has brand new appliances (2023) with all facilities for cooking, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen island of 2.5m in addition to plenty of counter space. Dining room with space for 6, as well as a sofa with chairs in the living room. Air conditioning + Underfloor heating in living room (for winter use). Tiled floors throughout in all rooms. Very nicely decorated. *Bathroom 1: Tiled walls and floor, double shower, double basin with mirror, toilet. Heating cables and towel hangers *Bathroom 2: Tiled walls and floor, shower, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, toilet. Heating cables and towel hangers. Hair dryer. *Bedroom 1: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, large windows with a view to the Mediterranean, location facing the pedestrian street, very nicely furnished. Air conditioning. *Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers/wardrobe, desk, large windows with a view to the Mediterranean, location facing the pedestrian street, very nicely furnished. Air conditioning. *Veranda: 18m2, comfortable and new outdoor furniture with combined lounge and dining area, good armchairs, built-in cupboard with washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc.) It is smoke free and pet free.
*Playa de Los Locos (beach, 0m): approx. 900m beautiful white sandy beach with turquoise Mediterranean sea right outside the door, popular with both tourists and Spaniards, playground on the beach, possibility to hire sunbeds, beach bar with breakfast, lunch and snacks, hire of pool toys, good capacity at eateries and convenience stores for food. *Other beaches: You will find a large selection of beaches nearby, including Playa del Cura (500m), Piscinas Naturales (with wheelchair ramp, 1km), Playa de los Naúfragos (3.5km) Playa de La Mata (4.8km ) and many, many more. *Torrevieja city center - lovely small coastal town with a fantastic promenade where you will find many idyllic beaches, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, other shops, ice cream parlors, fairgrounds, markets and not least a 1 km long pier that surrounds the harbor area which is a favorite place to enjoy the sunset. *Collective - there is a bus outside the apartment with connections to Playa de la Mata, La Zenia shopping centre, Alicante airport etc. *Shopping - Local grocery stores (50m) Torrevieja center (200m), Consum (500m), Habaneras (2.9km), La Zenia Boulevard (10km) and many more. *Leisure activities - Countless opportunities for cycling, walking, golf, mini golf, snorkelling, diving etc.
