This is a house to unwind from the city and enjoy quietness, nature, great surf on the nearby beaches and the beautiful picturesque towns around. The nearest one is Llanes, very well know for its architecture, the little port and the charming food shops and restaurants. Also very close is the beautiful port town Ribadesella, as well as the cities of Santander, Gijón and Oviedo, all of which have a big wealth of gastronomic and cultural offer.

La Pereda is idyllic place sitting on the bed the Cuera mountain range just five minutes by car from the famous coastal village of Llanes and its famous beaches. Its a very quiet residential area, ideal to enjoy nature and has a couple of very nice small boutique hotels to go for a drink.
