Its excellent location allows you to reach the centre of Pollença in just a 10-minute walk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the lively main square. The house is designed to offer comfort and relaxation. It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed. The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a shaded rear terrace—perfect for al fresco dining—a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps (maximum depth 2 metres), and a beautifully maintained garden surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. The property also offers private on-site parking. Important: the maximum capacity is limited to 2 adults and 1 child under 2 years old.

Within a 10-minute walk you find the Plaza Mayor, where the famous Sunday market is held, and all fiestas and activities take place. You will also find numerous local restaurants and bars interspersed with artisan shops and boutiques. A trip to the lovely beaches at Cala San Vicente (4 kms) and Puerto Pollença (6 kms) offers you various beach-based activities including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, glass bottom boats, and fishing boats.
