The loss of the key has a penalty of 49€.

If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.

Any damage or breakage made by guests will be paid by them. Payment is required in cash to the person who recives you.

Check-in is free from 3pm to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.
