A refurbished and spacious holiday apartment that is perfect for families looking to relax near the beach or pool, close to the port and town centre. This property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a north-east facing balcony offering comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The property includes a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and independent air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room. The bright and airy lounge is equipped with a lovely dining area plus a large sofa for six. The lounge area is equipped with a 55 inch flat-screen TV that offers plenty of international TV channels including Sky. The lounge opens onto the north-east facing balcony with a small dining set for six with stunning mountain and park views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all available appliances that you may need for your holiday along with a small laundry area with a washing machine. The en-suite master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (150x190 CM), 43 inch flat-screen with international channels with Sky and the bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, WC and sink. The second and third bedrooms are twins and the beds may be joined up together to form a super king-size bed (180x180 CM) in each bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, WC and sink. The property includes a private underground parking space in the residential garage and the urbanisation provides a small community swimming pool that is open all year round (please enquire to confirm availability). All in all, a lovely property for a perfect family holiday close to Estepona port.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located in a pleasant residential area between Estepona port and old town surrounded by parks, restaurants and cafes. It is only a five minute walk from the beach of La Rada next to Estepona marina and only 10 minutes from the town centre where you can find local commercial areas and Andalusian style tapas bars and restaurants. Several supermarkets around the complex such as Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour Express are all within walking distance from the property. Estepona marina has a variety of restaurants and bars available and a beautiful promenade by the beach where you can take long walks, roller blade or hire bicycles for the family. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banús, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life.
