Located in Arona, the studio apartment “Estudio Verode” boasts a stunning view of the sea and the mountains. The apartment consists of a living area, a kitchen, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. There is also a larger kitchen and a gym in the building, which is shared by the residents of the 2 other apartments. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a washing machine, a dryer, children’s books, a baby cot and a highchair. The apartment also offers a private barbecue for preparing delicious meals. In the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the residents of 3 other properties, you will find an open terrace, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a table tennis table and a garden, which is beautifully dotted with palm trees and where you can relax with a cup of coffee. In approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Arona where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is located an 8-minute drive from the property (2.9 km). A 20-minute drive away the beautiful beach Playa de los Tarajales awaits your visit (12.7 km). Here you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun. Parking spaces are available on the property. No pets are allowed. There are some cats and a small dog belonging to the homeowner who live on the property. The homeowner lives in a separate house on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property can also be rented for events; if interested, please contact us before booking. The pool is unheated and open all year round. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00.
