Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. 🐾We are Pet Friendly - on request. We accept pets up to 20kg. We will apply a supplement between 8 to 20 per night, depending on breed, size and age. ⚠️No inform us that you are coming with your pet, it will incur a penalty.

We have two beautiful, stylish and well refurbished flats in the historic centre of Jerez in a well known and central pedestrian street. Perfectly equipped with all comforts. Apt.1 - With three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, living room and integrated kitchen. Sleeps up to 5 people. It is an interior apartment. Apt.2 - With two bedrooms, a single sofa-bed in one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a nice terrace. Capacity for 5 pax Both flats have a small living room with integrated kitchen, they are very quiet with no noise from the street. Nearby you will find shops, restaurants, tapas bars, supermarket and lots of things to see. It is a perfect location to get to know Jerez on foot as everything is very close by. The two flats are located on the first floor with lift in a residential building. Paid parking in the same building on request (it is a small parking space). The flat is not accessible by car as we are in a pedestrian street. The nearest public car park is a five minute or 400 m walk away. Opening hours: Check-in: from 16:00 h Check-out: before 11:00 h Please note that in case of non-compliance with these times, an additional charge may be applied. Unless previously agreed with Eva Recommends, an unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty.

We are in the historic centre of the beautiful city of Jerez, in a well known pedestrian street, which was very important and stately and still retains its charm. Very good location, we are close to the main tourist attractions of the city and enjoy the historic centre, its good local atmosphere, full of bars and life. Incredible the wide gastronomic offer, very close to the bodegas, the typical tascas, the Cathedral of Jerez, San Mateo district, Alcázar of Jerez etc. Without a doubt, you will be able to enjoy the multitude of leisure activities that the city offers, such as flamenco, and a good sherry wine tasting. The ‘Calle Francos’ has a large number of distinguished houses, maintaining an Almohad urbanism and an interesting medieval architecture in spite of later remodelling. It currently has two sections, one pedestrianised, starting in the Plaza Plateros, and the other allowing motorised traffic at the level of the Sala Compañía, which leads to the Plaza de San Juan. Its origin is situated as one of the main vertebrae of the Andalusian urban planning of Jerez, as it communicated the Puerta Real and the Puerta de Santiago. It was an important commercial axis in which, hence the origin of its name, the merchants of this street enjoyed the privilege of tax exemptions and exemptions.
