Each apartment features a cozy living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, connects seamlessly with the dining area, creating a modern and functional space. The modern bathrooms include a shower and glass screen, while the bedrooms offer a calm and comfortable atmosphere, with double beds (1.50 x 2 m) or twin beds (0.90 x 2 m), built-in wardrobes, and bedside tables. The apartments are fully accessible, with no stairs, and equipped with central air conditioning (heating and cooling) to ensure comfort all year round. Guests enter the building through the main entrance, which is completely accessible and step-free, leading to a charming Andalusian-style courtyard, from which the apartments are distributed over three floors.
