Private beautiful garden with a lot of different plants and fruits. If you are lucky, you will find oranges and grapefruits enough to make your own juice from breakfast. Big outdoor dinning table, that can suit a big family. Saltwater pool and gym area so you can keep up the training during the vacation. A night you cane make your self a drink and enjoy the Benidrom skyline from the sofa on the second floor terrace.
We are familiy of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids. For years we have been traveling til Spain, visiting the whole of Costa Blanca and Costa Brava. We always come back to this area. Because of that we recently bought this holiday home. The house was choosen because of its location, the beautiful garden, a lot of options to stay active in the area and safe and quiet neighbourhood. And we LOVE it- the view from the second floor terrace, the pool and the sunbeds, the excercise area and the airy summervibe in the whole house. Now we want to rent it out, so that other people can expirience the same good vibe and feeling we get when we visit Spain. Bienvenido and enjoy!
Quiet and well-taken care of neighbourhood with 24 t hours security. Neighbourhood restaurant is Rice Restaurant and is localed 800 m from the house. Short distance to Terra Mitica(2,5-3,5 km) and to shopping area and grossery stores( La Marina Shopping senter- 2km). Closest beach is La Cala in Benidorm, and it is 4 km downhill, perfect for a "run and swim". Whole area is prefect for running and bicycling. Closest padle court is by the shopping area. Golf court and go cart apox 3 km away. A lot to see in the region, we recommend to check out Benidrom, Altea, Albir and GUadalest, which is all within 30 min from the house. If you want a longer expedition, it is easy to take the tram for Alicante( stop is by the shopping area) or take the bus for Valencia.
