Beautiful sea and golf course view + view of the mountains & Teide from the 3 large terraces in a very spacious and completely newly renovated and furnished triplex 3-bedroom apartment in Amarilla golf!
In the lovely holiday complex Fairway Club you can enjoy a large heated swimming pool (with children's pool) with refreshing pool bar, grill restaurant, billiard tables, darts, pool table and playground for the little ones.
The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from the sea and the cozy harbor of Amarilla Golf where you have numerous nice bars and restaurants.
The apartment where you will stay is a fantastic, spacious renovated (in November 2023) and newly furnished apartment with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor + a large covered terrace of 15 m2 in the master suite.
On the first floor you will find the completely new, open kitchen and living room with a large sun terrace of 15m2 where you can enjoy the sun all day long. On this floor you will also find the third bedroom + third bathroom with 3rd toilet.
Then on the second floor you have a beautiful large roof terrace where you can enjoy the most fantastic views of the ocean, golf course, nature reserves and the Teide mountains and volcano. On this terrace you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset in the lovely lounge or on the sunbeds, every hour of the day.
