Block of 8 Renovated Flats, Similar Design and on same address. Therefore we autorise ourselves to reallocate guests to other flats, they can be swapped between each other depending availability and the stay-over needs depending of the other bookings and number of people. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 50 Eur. per stay

Quiet and safe Residencial area. Big Shopping Mall SPLAU near by with plenty of shops. Free parking in the street nearby, 5 min walking maximum. Near UPC Tennis Club, Espanyol Football Club Stadium
