Luxury Spanish Mediterranean villa in a quiet, beautifull and natural environment. Recently renovated and refurbished with superb decoration and taking care of all details . The house is surrounded by 40.000 sqm pinetree forest that belongs to the villa and it has increible views of the valley up to Alicante. The house is 45 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes away from the beach and downtown Alicante . Its the perfect spot for a relaxed and quiet holiday! The villa was a recreational house from the late nineteenth century. Built as a manor house due to the extraordinary natural environment, the house has been recently completely renovated respecting the architecture of the time and the area. There are 7 rooms with a full en-suite bathroom, common dining room, kitchen and library on the second floor, along with a workspace. Outside, there is a pine forest and near the house there is a barbecue and covered parking. You will have total access to all house areas. The villa has a 4,5 mt. diameter removable round pool with inccredible views to the valley and the mountain.
Hello: My name is Carmen and, with the owners of the house, I take care that our tenants have a pleasant stay at Finca Bonaire and also that all the details are as adapted as possible to the needs of each client. I hope the stay is pleasant.
The environment is really quiet sorrounded by pine trees and nature.. If you pay attention you will see squirrels! There are some nice hiking paths around the area and some nice towns to visit Alcoy, Alicante, Torremanzanas... Every Sunday there is a food and craft market going on in Torremanzanas. You will need a car to get in and out of the property.
