Our 2 bedroom Wooden Cabin is situated on its own piece of private land 15 minutes inland from the coast, away from the hosts own Wooden Cabin. You will have full privacy with your own private above ground cooling off pool that looks out over the amazing Sierra de Mijas mountain range. A car for this property is essential as we are situated up a small part of the Mijas mountain range. When your not busy looking at the mountain views you also have full and private access to our very own "Wonky Donkey" Bar where you can spend relaxing evenings playing pool, table football or darts or just simply sit on the terraces and watch the sun go down. If you think it does not get better than this then think again. We also have our very own Donkeys that you can see from your log cabin and you will have the chance to have as much or as little interaction with them as you wish, which could include evening donkey walks up the mountain tracks. There are lots of walking trails nearby for long mountain adventures. If you look to the skies we have an assortment of large birds of prey including the Spanish Imperial Eagle, Booted Eagle and the better known Golden Eagle and many more, we are also lucky enough to be on the flight migration path of the black kites and regularly see and hear the Little Owl of Spain. There is also a local bird watching area just a 10 minute drive from here. We are only an hour away from the stunning lakes of El Chorro where you can spot Griffon Vultures, Cinereous Vulture and Ibex amongst other wildlife. Or just relax and take a swim in the beautiful lakes. Or spend the day wondering around the quaint white mountain side village of Mijas Pueblo just a 20 minute drive away. The log cabin has all the facilities you could need for a relaxing stay in the mountains.

We are a friendly couple who will always try to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We do share the mountain with a few visible neighbours however these are at a distance and do not cause privacy issues. Although the cabin feels like you are away from the hustle and bustle of the big towns you are in fact only a 12 minute drive down into La Cala de Mijas with its golden sand beaches and restaurants.
