Property information

Charming finca of more than 20,000 meters with large areas to walk and enjoy nice views of the sea and Teide. It has 4 houses distributed with a wide distance between them so that tranquility and independence are guaranteed. It has an outdoor swimming pool with sea views and is for common use among guests, with a maximum of 12 people. Located 5 minutes from Guía de Isora, a stately midtown town that gives access to the Teide National Park. Less than 10 minutes from Playa San Juan and Alcalá, fishing villages away from mass tourism but with restaurants, a promenade, supermarkets and shops.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet rural area with nice views and an ideal starting point to enjoy the sea and mountains. Just a few minutes from the water sports and hiking area.
