Bienvenidos a esta preciosa villa de vacaciones localizada en la lujosa urbanización del Golf de Peralada.
La villa cuenta con un gran jardín verde con césped, con piscina privada y amplios espacios abiertos. Hay una zona de terraza, chillout y comedor exterior con acceso directo a la planta baja de la casa. En esta planta baja encontramos un amplio salón, comedor y cocina abierta conjuntamente con dos habitaciones dobles y dos baños.
En la primera planta se encuentran las dos habitaciones dobles adicionales, un tercer baño completo y una gran terraza solárium. Hay aire acondicionado y calefacción.
