Our Place - Flores Del Mar - has amazing sea and garden views with direct access to the beach, restaurants, bars and all other amenities. It has 81sqm and is newly renovated, all furniture and electronics are also brand-new. The open-plan living area is spacious with fully equipped kitchen, each room has A/C and English, German and Spanish TV. Free car park are available. This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, pets, for a lovely holiday from 4 days up to months.
We are a couple from Germany and China. We love to go out and enjoy the beautiful surrounding of Spain.
The apartment is located directly on the beach front, you also have immediate access to a Bar where you can get full breakfast or meal during the day or an odd pint of beer and other drinks while enjoying the fantastic sea view. You also can choose to use one of the three pools (closest pool is 20 meters away) or a tennis court in the community. The neighbourhood is mixed, with permanent residents and holiday makers from UK, Spain, Germany and so on. Therefore it is in the off season not completely empty.
