The demand for an alternative to the traditional city hotel is a growing trend due to the advantages that this type of accommodation offers – privacy, increased space, flexibility, comfort, location and lower cost per person. To satisfy the needs of our clients we offer a wide range of apartments in the best city destinations, all of which have been individually selected by us to guarantee a high quality apartment and a personalised service.

Property information

The Palmer apartments are located minutes away from the Pubilla Cases metro station, offering an easy connection to Passeig de Gràcia and the centre of Barcelona. A short tram journey from the Can Rigal station will take you to Pedralbes Centre and Illa Diagonal, two of Barcelona’s most fashionable shopping centres. Football lovers will be able to reach the Camp Nou stadium in 18 minutes by tram. The Fira Gran Via venue is 30 minutes away by public transport. We have three types of apartments: One-Bedroom Apartment: 2 people Two-Bedroom Apartment: 3 people Bedroom-Bedroom Apartment: 5 people Please note that the apartment has access to a beautiful communal rooftop terrace with table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy Barcelona’s Mediterranean climate. We offer our clients a parking space located 300 meters from the apartments. The price is 20 Euros per night (not included in the rental price) and is subject to availability.

Neighbourhood information

The Can Vidalet neighbourhood in Esplugas de Llobregat is only five minutes from Barcelona by car and fifteen minutes by public transport. It is very well connected and you can enjoy all the benefits of being away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre, as well as savouring some of the best tapas in the city! This area is also very close to some of the most interesting places in the cities of L’Hospitalet and Barcelona. For example, you can walk to La Farga de L’Hospitalet, an Activity Centre that houses exhibitions, conferences, concerts and other events all year round. And just next door is the Rambla Just Oliveras, one of the loveliest and liveliest areas in L’Hospitalet. Football fans in general and Barça fans, in particular, will be thrilled to hear that Camp Nou is only two metro stops from Can Vidalet. And if you want to go shopping in Barcelona, you can get to the Corte Inglés department store at Maria Cristina, the exclusive Pedralbes Centre or Illa Diagonal shopping centre, with some of the top names in fashion, in a few minutes by car or tram. Some of the most popular Barcelona restaurants, as well as hip bars and nightclubs, are also in this area.
