Located in Estepona right on the beachfront with a communal pool, this 230 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 in the basement), 2 full bathrooms on the upper floor, a guest toilet on the ground floor, and a bathroom with shower in the basement. On the ground floor, after the entrance hall, you'll find a spacious open kitchen connected to the living room, with access to a large terrace where you can enjoy evenings overlooking the sea and communal gardens. Stairs from the living room lead to the basement, which offers the fourth bedroom, a second lounge with reading and games area, and a bathroom with shower and sink. The house provides all comforts, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with various coffee makers, and a laundry area with washer and dryer. For families with children, a high chair and travel cot are available. Self check-in is offered for your convenience. The townhouse is beachfront with direct access to the sea. There is a private parking space in front of the house and additional parking nearby. Events are not permitted. The property is spread over three floors: ground, upper, and basement. The fourth bedroom is in the basement, with a small window (no view) and less ventilation than the upstairs bedrooms. The basement also has a second lounge with sofa, books, and TV, and a bathroom with sink and shower (no toilet).
