Modern studio apartment with wifi next to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, washing machine. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has beautiful sea views. Within the apartment complex there are 3 swimming pools, beautiful gardens and a children's playground. The beach can be accessed through the gardens. There is private parking for guests which is convenient particularly when the coast is busy in summer. Conveniently located across the road from the Mercadona supermarket, cafes and shops and not far from some Chirringuitos (beach restaurants) in the summer. Due to water restrictions in the area by law the swimming pools in Mijas are closed and therefore no pool is open in the complex.
Born in Toronto Canada but moved to the Costa del Sol at the age of 12. Passionate about sport and tennis in particular as a professional tennis coach and semi-pro player. Traveller of the world - I have lived and worked in Dubai, Florida, Bali, New York and London.
Beautiful sun, surroundings and sea. Lots of fantastic clay tennis courts and golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive. Fantastic food and drink - great value if you know where to look (ask us!) and a friendly atmosphere. Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive, Fuengirola is 15 minutes by car, Marbella 15 minutes and Puerto Banus 20 minutes away.
