The apartments are located in a building dating from the year 1890 and renovated in 2013, where the original exterior facade has been maintained, and the interior has been adapted to the comforts and qualities of current construction, this includes a large elevator and has been removed the architectural barriers of access to the establishment Being a renovated building, the great leisure activity that exists in the area has been taken into account, and for this it has double-glazed windows to isolate it from outside noise.
