All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. Spa facilities: To use the spa, jacuzzi, and sauna, HOLT needs a request in advance from guests to reserve a space in the facilities. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.
