Newly renovated holiday apartment (50 square meters) on the third floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena), just a 3-minute walk away. The main avenue of Cala Ferrera, with shops, restaurants, and parks, is a 10-minute walk, and Cala d'Or is 20 minutes away. In front of the building you will find free public parking, a small supermarket with all necessities, and the public bus stop is 3 minutes on foot. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people and it has 3 bedrooms in total (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen (capsule coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle), 3 balconies, and a shared pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. You will find air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and self check-in (keys in a box). The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. A cot is available on request and with an extra charge per night, payable in cash. Taxi service for airport transfers can be arranged if you need it. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
