Property information

This one bedroom apartment has lots of light, a small private outdoor space, and comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay. It also has a 40” Smart TV and an outdoor table to enjoy the beautiful weather. The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family. OTHER DETAILS - Self-checkin with smart lock (you will receive a code). - Guest registration required before arrival. - Car is recommended. The bus stop is 1.5 km away. - Not suitable for pets. - No parties allowed.

The Perenquen is located in an area called “Puntillo del Sol", which owes its name to the number of days the sun shines a year! It is also conveniently located to explore the island, and It is a 12 minutes drive from Puerto de la Cruz and a 15 minutes drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
