This two-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and features a great view of the ocean and mountains directly from its private outdoor space. It comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay. It also has a 50” Smart TV and an outdoor table to enjoy the view and the beautiful weather. The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family. OTHER DETAILS - Self-checkin with smart lock (you will receive a code). - Guest registration required before arrival. - Car is recommended. The bus stop is 1.5 km away. - Not suitable for pets. - No parties allowed.
