Luxurious apartment located in a quiet residential area in Barcelona, well connected by metro and bus. Enjoy great garden with unique facilities in Barcelona: large swimming pool, tennis court and ping-pong. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2016 providing all the comfort to our guests: comfortable bedding, free Wi-Fi, large living room with flat-screen TV, balcony, lift, air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Happy People team will be pleased to welcome you and offer you a happy and personalized stay. IMPORTANT: The building key should be pick up in the main reception on Bou de Sant Pere 9 Street (near Plaza Catalunya), available just form 09:00 till 21:00. SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is open from june till october. No physical reception in the property, everything works with a digital system which requires payment and check-in online through the link provided.

It is a lively residential area with not many tourists. If you rent this fantastic tourist apartment you will live like an authentic Barcelona local, coexisting with the neighbors. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies, shops, … everything you might need. The subway stop closest to Happy People Maragall apartment is “Vilapicina” from blue line L5. Although the apartment is away from the center of Barcelona, with the metro it is very easy to get quickly to Barcelona main sights.
