Exquisitely decorated, with attention to detail, it has a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast while contemplating the ocean. With capacity for 4 people, two comfortable bedrooms, space for teleworking, private parking, communal swimming pool and an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the beach and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy its restaurants and the local charm of Caletillas. This beautiful duplex flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people and is distributed over two floors connected by interior stairs. The main floor has a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a 55" Smart TV and a dining area. From here there is access to a nice terrace equipped with table, chairs and stunning sea views, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. There is a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access to a balcony with sea views, which is shared with a room prepared as a work area, equipped with ceiling fan and desk, perfect for teleworking in comfort. The secondary bedroom offers two single beds, wardrobe and also air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub and bidet for added comfort. In addition, the flat has a 1G/S Fibre WiFi connection, two private parking spaces and the complex in which it is located has a communal swimming pool. Beach towels are also provided. It is located on a second floor without lift. The summer swimming pool opening hours are from 9:00 to 20:00. Winter opening hours are from 10:00 to 17:00.

The appartment is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes drive from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that runs along the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that you can breathe as the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches of the island. It is also important to know that in the area you can find several restaurants of typical food, fresh fish, paellas, from which you will undoubtedly leave happy.
