Beautiful flat with a large terrace and communal swimming pool, a few steps from the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. It has a bathroom with bathtub, independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and living room with satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and exit to the fantastic terrace of the house, with dining table, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch, relax and sunbathe. It also has a communal swimming pool and solarium in the quiet residential complex in which it is located. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably. The property has a fully equipped independent kitchen, fridge, kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, bed linen and shower towels, cot, high chair and much more.
