On the upper floor, the entrance area features a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has direct access to a cosy private terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the island's climate. Located in Santa Úrsula, an area with excellent road connections and quick access to the motorway, allowing you to travel comfortably around the island. Just a few minutes away are La Orotava and the charming Puerto de la Cruz, with its beaches, restaurants, gardens and the famous Lago Martiánez. To the north, visitors can enjoy charming towns such as Los Realejos, Icod de los Vinos and Garachico. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets, cafés and all the services you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. La Quinta is located in Santa Ursula, in the north of Tenerife. The highest point of the municipality, which extends from the coast, is located in the Morra de Itote at 1794 meters above sea level. Although in its steep coastal area the slopes are gentle, they are accentuated in the midlands and on the summit. Santa Ursula has only two small coves, located in the areas of Santa Ana and Charco del Negro. Some of the protected areas of the municipality are the Special Natural Reserve of Las Palomas and the Protected Landscapes of Las Lagunetas and Costa de Acentejo.
