Lovely apartment just a few minutes' walk from the beach in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, where you can breathe in the summer atmosphere all year round. With an exquisite decoration with attention to detail, a cosy terrace with sea views, two bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it is ideal for couples, friends and business trips, as it has 1GB fibre Wifi. With all the services around, restaurants and supermarkets, to spend a unique stay in Lanzarote. This bright and spacious only adults apartment, located 8 minutes walk from the ocean and the promenade of Puerto del Carmen, can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, groups of friends and business trips, as it has 1GB Fibre Wifi Internet, ideal for teleworking. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning and the second one with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed. It has a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room, with 32" Smart TV, air conditioning and access to the pleasant terrace of the flat where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun, while contemplating the side view of the Atlantic Ocean. A privileged location, with the beach and promenade just a few minutes walk from the property, only 6 minutes drive from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park and 10 minutes drive from the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and shower towels, and much more. It is located on the first floor without lift. The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

Puerto del Carmen is a tourist town, where you can find 6 kilometres of golden sand, sheltered from the wind and a marina to enjoy the sea. It is an ideal place to spend a holiday. It has many leisure options, shopping centres, restaurants and beaches, where you can do numerous sports and water activities, such as diving, a marina, and very good communication with the motorway, as well as public transport, to move around other areas of the island. During the day you can rent a bicycle, one of the best options for exploring the coast. A cycle path along the seafront avenue connects Puerto del Carmen with Arrecife, the island's capital, in a highly recommended ride. Those who enjoy shopping will find a variety of shops in the avenues and shopping centres of this town. There is also a wide range of nightlife for party lovers.
