Charming building in the quiet residential area of Vecindario, consisting of three cosy units: a two-bedroom flat for 4 persons, a one-bedroom apartment for 3 persons and a studio apartment for 2 persons. All of them have an open-plan kitchen and living room, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2-bedroom flat (4 people): Cosy and bright, ideal for families or groups looking for comfort. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It also offers a charming inner courtyard and a large equipped terrace. 25 m² studio (2 people): This charming ground-floor studio offers a comfortable and functional space. The living room has a sofa and a 45’ TV, next to a table with two chairs, ideal for dining or working. The sleeping area, integrated in the same room, has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom with shower is accessed from the living room. 1 bedroom flat (3 people): Charming flat ideal for up to 3 people, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room, equipped with a chaise longue sofa and 40’ Smart TV, is perfect to enjoy time together. It has a fully equipped bathroom and a charming interior patio with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet read. Shared roof terrace: Accessible by stairs, guests can enjoy a solarium shared with only two other flats. This communal space is equipped with hammocks and a chill-out area ideal for sunbathing, disconnecting and enjoying the good Canarian weather. Also on this floor are the washing machine, dryer and cleaning utensils, such as iron, ironing board and clothesline, all for communal use. In the 1 and 2 bedroom flats, a cot and high chair are available free of charge for the first baby, on request and subject to availability. There are stairs inside the building.

This beautiful property is located in Vecindario, which is part of the municipality of Santa Lucía. The town of Santa Lucía is a municipality with great commercial activity, favoured by the growth of its population. Thus, the area of Vecindario is one of the most important commercial references of the island. A large part of the municipality borders the sea. However, there is only one beach on the entire coast that is considered to be unbeatable for windsurfing, Pozo Izquierdo, chosen as one of the main venues for the annual World Windsurfing Championships, where the International Windsurfing Centre is also located. On the southeast coast are the three most important urban centres of the municipality of Santa Lucía, due to its great commercial and industrial development: Vecindario, (where its popular street market takes place every Wednesday), Sardina del Sur and El Doctoral.
