Set 10 minutes' walk from Plaza Mayor Square, Hotel Alcántara offers 24-hour reception, free safe and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is just outside Cáceres old town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Fitted with wooden flooring, all the air-conditioned rooms at the Alcántara come with a modern private bathroom with a hairdryer. They also include a minibar and a flat-screen TV. Some have a balcony. The Hotel Alcántara has a café-bar and a restaurant, which serves traditional local dishes. A breakfast buffet is served every day inside the restaurant. The old town of Cáceres contains many landmarks such as Cáceres Cathedral and the 12th-century Bujaco Tower.
