In an ideal location with only a 5 minutes walk to shops & restaurants. Lovely views of the Mountains. Golf nearby in Sector C, the nearest Beach & Port is a 15 minute drive away.
Large 10 x 8 pool. ( The pool can be heated for an extra charge of 12 euros a day during the cooler months from October - April to be paid direct to the owner before arrival).
Only a 2 minute walk to the Coach pick up point in the car park for Excursions, Summer bus to Cartagena, Waterpark & Murcia. Beach Bus to Puerto de Mazarron, Concerts, Mini breaks & more available to book online with Taquilla Tickets.
