Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Jerez and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. 🐾We are Pet Friendly - on request. Charming tourist apartment in the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera, ideal for 2 to 4 guests. Located in an old stately Jerez house, restored and converted into residences where locals live. It features a shared patio, interior balconies, and a communal rooftop terrace that preserve the authentic essence of life in Jerez. This unique apartment combines history, design, and comfort. It offers: A bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed and walk-in closet A stylish bathroom with a spacious shower A fully equipped independent kitchen A bright living room with a double sofa bed and three balconies facing the main street Included amenities: bed linen, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, central heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi for a perfect stay. Parking: Right in front of the building, you’ll find the public one called Plaza Madre de Dios parking (paid). This beautiful apartment is located in the third urban conglomerate of Andalusia, Jerez, the world capital of wine, horses and flamenco. Our cosy stately apartment is located in the historic centre of the city, characterised by its incredible architectural heritage. In addition to the Alcázar and the Cathedral, which are unavoidable, you can also visit the churches of the Reconquest, located in the centre of the medieval quarter. The squares of Arenal and Plateros will allow you to enjoy a pleasant break before continuing through the lively medieval neighbourhoods of San Miguel and Santiago, home to the convents of Santo Domingo and where the terraces of the bars alternate with the shops. The Royal School of Equestrian Art is only 8 minutes walk from our apartment. Here you can enjoy equestrian shows as well as its museum, which houses one of the most nationally recognized collections of carriages. If you also want to know the Jerez culture and live its atmosphere, the best way to do it is to go by tabancos. The tabancos are the typical sherry taverns, which have their origin in the traditional Sherry wine offices.
