This property is owned by The Med Syndicate and is known to us a (IP4). It is located on the CV-83 > RM427 only a 2.5km or so outside of Pinoso (El Pino) in Alicante Province. The Med Syndicate is a small group of private investors who have pooled their monies to buy investment properties in Spain to be used as vacation rentals. It is syndicate policy to provide nice, cosy, comfortable and fully equipped accommodation that caters for all the needs of its guests including providing guests with free self service breakfast provisions. These include a selection of cereals, milk, eggs, bread, butter, preserve, tomatoes, jamon, orange juice, coffee and tea, as well as cooking oil. Hopefully the self service breakfast provisions provided will sustain guests through their stay. It is not possible to guarantee that there will be enough provisions because of the inability to be able to maintain freshness of items for longer stays.
