Welcome to this beautifully renovated apartment located in Plaza Gonzalo de Ayora, in the heart of Córdoba. Its excellent location allows you to walk within minutes to the city’s main monuments and points of interest, such as the Mosque–Cathedral, the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs, or the Jewish Quarter. With a surface area of 42 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests and is ideal for couples or small groups looking to enjoy a comfortable, peaceful, and authentic stay in our wonderful city. The apartment is located on the ground floor, is completely independent, and has direct access from the street, ensuring greater privacy and convenience. It features air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. We provide bed linen, towels, and warm blankets during the colder months. The apartment has been renovated using high-quality materials and is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Layout and amenities: Spacious bedroom with a 1.35 x 2.00 m double bed, bedside tables with charging outlets, and a wardrobe for luggage and personal belongings. In the same area, a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, coffee table, and dining table with chairs. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, complete kitchenware, and cleaning products.
